All services bought from USA Immigration Hub such as the right to publish a video, lead a group, offer an online program, share files, lead a forum, post on the blog, and more, are non-refundable once they have appeared on the website. Services purchased directly from USA Immigration Hub Take affect within 24 hours of their purchase.

USA Immigration Hub is not obligated to provide services until payment has gone through, and payment have been received in full. Any user wishing to advertise or sale their services using USA Immigration Hub is obligated to purchase a business plan (bronze, silver, gold, or unlimited). Any attempt to sell services on the website without a business plan, and in accordance to the purchased plan is prohibited. USA Immigration Hub reserve the right to take action against the user/provider (including legal action).
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

You agree to indemnify and hold VE LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Reasons for discontinuing services offered directly by USA Immigration Hub include (yet are not limited to): misleading users as to your identity, location, services, service costs, terms and conditions of your services, and professional credentials; Misconduct while using the website, racism, spamming, using bad language of any sort; Multiple complaints by users; Advertising anyone and any business other than yourself without written authorization by USA Immigration Hub; Violating the rules of an immigration program, immigration group, immigration forum, immigration blog, file sharing, and more; Use of the website for politically-related reasons and goals; The uploading of any type of content deemed inappropriate by USA Immigration Hub (porn, racism, discrimination of others, demoting content, anti-LGBTQ+, and more); USA Immigration Hub reserve the right to use common sense as found relevant by USA Immigration Hub in regards to any matter not specifically indicated.

Visionary Entrepreneurship LLC doing business as USA Immigration Hub reserves the right to use content uploaded for marketing purposes on its diverse websites, Google Ads, YouTube channels, and social media. Visionary Entrepreneurship LLC doing business as USA Immigration Hub will not make changes to the materials used in any way that is perceived as changing the professionalism or meaning to a profound extent. Such perception of what constitutes a profound extent is the sole right and authority of Visionary Entrepreneurship LLC doing business as USA Immigration Hub.
